Hi,

I am using SAS 17.0 and looking at observation 0552211201, specifically
PNS003. This observation is listed in the PPS summary file as having 100%
flaring time. I was wondering how this is calculated. My understanding is
that this means that the task `espfilt` should filter all of the counts
out. However, I am leftover with 3572s exposure time. What is the
difference between the flaring percentage listed in the summary file and
the one obtained by `espfilt`? The output is below:

We do not use espfilt in the generation of pipeline products, so differences
are expected.
