Submission from: (NULL) (192.131.232.56)

Hello,

Is there a reason PPS files were generated for one of my observing IDs
(0782380201.pdf) but not another (0782380101.pdf)? This is my first time using
XMM so I apologize if this question is obvious.

Thank you,
Sabrina

Dear Sabrina,

Thank you for letting us know. There was indeed a problem with the PPS products
of your observation 0782380101. They were successfully generated but they failed
to be ingested in the archive. The archive team has re-ingested the PPS products
and you must be able to see them now.

Apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Best regards,
Jacobo

Thank you very much! No trouble - I am happy to get them!
