Hello.

I'm trying the new interface of XSA and I'm not able to download the data that
I've searched, because it appears a message that says: "The basket is empty",
and I don't know how to send the data to the basket.

Could you please tell me how to do it?

Thanks a lot.

Best regards,

Angela Gonzalez

Subject: ref. PR#52593 - Do I have to enter into each observation 232 times to send them to basket?

Hello again Nora.

I can see what you indicate but, as I have 232 results (EPIC PPS) for my source,
does it mean that I have to enter into each observation 232 times in order to
send each one to basket?

Isn't there any way to do it at only one time?

Thanks,

Angela

 Hello Angela,

please be aware that the results tab "EPIC PPS sources" lists all the sources
in the field of view of the observations containing your target.
If you click on "Distance" to sort the sources by the distance to your target
you will find a few of them really associated to your object, issuing from a few
different Observations.
Therefore what you should do is to download the PPS products of those few
observations.

 Best regards,

 Nora
