Dear XMM Helpdesk,

I have not recieved any futher information on the scheduling of the
observation of NGC 7582 for this proposal. Could you tell me what the
status of this observation is?

Cheers,

Nick Schurch

Subject: XMM-Newton Proposal 020461

  Dear Dr. Schurch,

In the following, please find the recommendation of the XMM-Newton
Observing Time Allocation Committee regarding your proposal with
  the title:

  NGC 7582: A SEYFERT 2 ANALOGY OF NARROW-LINE SEYFERT 1'S?

and having the proposal ID number:

                         020461

Your proposal has been allocated XMM-Newton observing time as
detailed in the list attached below.

It is mandatory that you specify the source properties and the details
of the exposures parameters during the second phase of the proposal
submission. The second phase submission process must be concluded by
the 1st of October 2003. Proposals for which the details have not been
provided via the XMM-Newton Remote Proposal Submission System (XRPS) by
the due date, will not be considered as valid proposals. Please find
below details of how to access the XRPS and the timeline for submission.

Any further communication on your proposal should be directed to:

                    xmmpi@xmm.vilspa.esa.es

Please, review carefully the coordinates (J2000) specified below and
inform the XMM-Newton SOC immediately in case of inconsistencies.

Wishing you a lot of success with your XMM-Newton observations,

  with best regards,

                            Fred Jansen
