Dear Helpdesk,

When I run cifbuild, I got the following errors:
dyld: Library not loaded:
/Volumes/SAS/sasbuild/build/xmac01/GNU_CC_CXX_7.1/reltrack_rel_7.1_build/lib/libmetatask.1.97.dylib
  Referenced from: /Users/tanimoto/analysis/software/sas1/xmmsas_20190531_1155/bin/cifbuild
  Reason: image not found
Abort trap: 6

I considered that this problem might be related to the System Integrity
Protection (SIP) included in the Mac OS. Then, I tried the following SAS
watchout:
https://www.cosmos.esa.int/web/xmm-newton/sas-watchout-1600-sip

However, same errors still occurred. Could you help me to check what may be the
problem?

Regards,
Atsushi Tanimoto

Dear Atsushi Tanimoto,

To understand the issue we would need additional information:
1) which version of MacOS do you have?
2) Before you run sas, can you run 'env' and send us the log?
3) After you run sas, can you run 'env' and send us the log?

Thank you,
Regards,
Simone

Dear Atsushi Tanimoto

it seems log1.txt and log2.txt are identical. You did not execute sas for the
second log.
Can you please send us the 'env' log.txt after you execute sas?

Also, can you please send us the output log after executing:
