Submission from: (NULL) (193.147.152.102)

I ran xmmextractor with default settings and it generated a error log
xmmextractor.err. It contains 3 lines :

ERROR - #> Error: Producing Spectrum
ERROR - #> Error: Producing Spectrum
ERROR - #> Error: Producing Spectrum

Can you please elaborate what happened wrong ?

Dear ANIRBAN DUTTA,

without ObsID it is hard to tell, but it looks like the observation may not
contain data necessary to produce spectra from one or more instruments. If you
send me the ObsID I can tell you more.

 Best regards,
Jan-Uwe Ness

Dear Anirban,

thank you very much for pointing out this error message. It has been issued
because of a minor issue during the extraction of MOS and pn spectra that does
not, however, have an effect on the spectra that were produced.

We will correct the tool to issue such an error message only when there are
major errors. Until the next release, you can ignore these messages.

Best wishes,
Jan-Uwe
