Thank you very much for your assistance. I had misunderstood how to properl=
y extract all of the CCF files and was only working with a very small subse=
t of them. Fixing this issue has resolved the problem.

I am afraid that I cannot reproduce your problem, i.e. I have generated the
SUM.SAS file and run emproc without problems. The SUM.SAS file I get has 13=
783
lines.


There is an issue with the files you have sent me: the ccf.cif file is empt=
y.

Also, in the definition of the environment variables you have set

SAS_CCFPATH =3D /home/dylan/test_data/7-8/ODF/ccf.cif

This is not correct,SAS_CCFPATH must point to the directory where the
calibration files (*.CCF) are.

In summary, I would suggest to start from scratch, in an empty directory,
following the steps described in this thread:
