Hi,
I have faced this problem while running xmmextractor.

Dear Partha,

Switch is a perl module that does not come by default with the perl
distribution
and that you need to install yourself. You may find it, for example, in cpan:

http://search.cpan.org/~chorny/Switch-2.17/Switch.pm

Also, I noticed you are using an older version of perl (5.18.2). We recommend to
use Perl version 5.22.2, with the environment variable SAS_PERL pointing to that
perl installation as specified in the SAS requirements:

https://www.cosmos.esa.int/web/xmm-newton/sas-requirements

Best regards,
Jacobo

Hi,
In my another PC the default perl version is 5.24.2. Does this support
the SAS??
or do I have to install the 5.22.2 version locally????

Dear Partha,

We cannot guarantee that it will work smoothly. You can try to run SAS with the
newer version of perl. If you encounter any perl-related errors you may need to
install the recommended version locally and make sure that SAS points to that
one.

Best regards,
Jacobo
