Subject: 4th VILSPA SAS Workshop pre-registration
From: hudaverd@u.phys.nagoya-u.ac.jp (Murat Hudaverdi)
Dear sir,

I am pleased to be accepted for the 4th VILSPA SAS Workshop.
I want to inform you that I am also accepted for the NATO-ASI meeting on
"The electro magnetic spectrum of neutron stars" 7-18 June 2004,
Marmaris- Turkey. I am contributing with a poster presentation.

Considering my studies, 4th VILSPA SAS Workshop will be alot
fruitfull and I definetely want to attend. I check all the possibilities
(flights etc) to attend both meetings.

The best I can do is to attend 3 days for the VILSPA. I have to leave
on 11th of June. because next flight (madrid-istanbul) is 2 days
later.

If 4th VILSPA SAS Workshop committee accepts my 3-day attendance I
will inform the other conference organizers about my late attendance
is acceptable (which I guess OK). if everything goes smoothly, Then I
will make my registration as soon as possible.

Sory for inconvenience,

Murat Hudaverdi

Dear Dr. Hudaverdi,

thanks for your message. Of course, there is no problem on our side if you
leave earlier the Workshop. You will be missing a whole day of hands-on session.
This is of course some loss, as we consider the practical training session as an
essential part of the Workshop. Nonetheless, it's entirely your decision whether
you wish to attend part-tme this Workshop, or prefer to shift your participation
to the next Workshop, whose dates have admittedly not been decided yet.

If you eventually decide to come to the June 2004 Workshop, please do not
forget to specify your arrival/leave dates in the registration and, if
pertinent, hotel booking form.

Looking forward to meeting you in VILSPA

 Matteo Guainazzi

Dear Dr. Guainazzi,

please, be reminded that we have not yet received your registration to the 4th
VILSPA SAS Workshop (cf.
http://xmm.vilspa.esa.es/external/xmm_user_support/sas_workshop4/index.shtml).
Even if you have pre-registered for the workshop, you need to confirm your
registration by sending the registration form
(http://xmm.vilspa.esa.es/external/xmm_user_support/sas_workshop4/confirmation_participation_2004.pdf)
via FAX to Michelle Arpizou, XMM-Newton Science Operation Center, VILSPA, ESA
(FAX number +34.91.8131172). If you intend to stay at the recommended hotel, you
should send the hotel reservation form as well
(http://xmm.vilspa.esa.es/external/xmm_user_support/sas_workshop4/Hotel_reservation.pdf).

Please, let us know as soon as possible if you cannot attend the June Workshop.
This will allow us to accpet the registration of one of the persons in the
waiting list.

Should we not receive the registration form(s) by April 30, 12:00 UTC, your
pre-registration will be cancelled. Your pre-registration may be automatically
shifted to the next Workshop, if you wish.

I thank you in advance for your attention.

 Best Regards,

 Matteo Guainazzi
 XMM-Newton Science Operations Center

Dear Matteo Guainazzi,

I would like to inform you that I will NOT ATTEND to 4th VILSPA SAS
Workshop in Madrid due to my busy schedule.

As I informed you in my previous e-mails I will be attending to "The
Electromagnetic Spectrum of Neutron Stars: June 7-18, 2004, Marmaris,
Turkey". I asked to the organizing committee and my partial attendance
is not accepted.

I am really sory for inconvenience. I definetely would like to attend
the next program. I will be pleased to be informed well in advance for
the next SAS workshop so that I would fix it to my schedule.

Sincerely,
Murat Hudaverdi
