Subject: 4th vilspa sas workshop

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am an MSc Student at Bogazici University,Physics Department,
working with Prof. E.N.Ercan on XMM Newton data analysis of some 
Catalysmic X-ray sources. I urgently need to have more information
on handling the data for my Thesis.
Therefore, I would be more than glad if I can enter the first 20 number of
participants for this meeting.
I can not get any financial support from our institute to be able to participate
the workhop, therefore it would be great help  for me if there would be any
possibility of being supported financially.
I will complete the form today and fax it to the given number.

Dear Dr. Hakanoglu,

 thanks for your interest in the 4th VILSPA SAS Workshop. I confirm you that
there are still places available for the June 2004 Workshop. Please, send us as
soon as possible the registration, and - if pertinent - hotel booking form, and
one of these places will be yours.

 I regret to inform you that ESA does not provide any finacial support for
individual participants to the Workshop, beyond what is specified in the
annoucement. Travel, accomodation, and daily expenses are expected to be fully
covered by the participants.

 I hope this will not prevent you from attending the Workshop. I am looking
forward to meeting you in VILSPA.
