on Sept 3, 2004, I submitted a ticket to the helpdesk
(see below), which is still pending. Could you plz
check on the status of the ticket? I needed to know
if we have to replace the RGS response function in 
PIMMS for AO4.

fabulous! I grabbed the RGS response matrices.
Feel free to delete them from your ftp area,
