Hi,

I try to use omsource to identify the source coordinate, but have a problem.

After omichain, I try to run the following command
> omsource imageset=P0780561301OMS012IMAGE_0000.FIT
oldsrclistset=P0780561301OMS012SWSRLI0000.FIT newsrclistset=mysrclist.FIT
but the error message appears.
---------------
omsource:- Executing (routine): omsource
imageset=P0780561301OMS012IMAGE_0000.FIT backgroundimageset=''
newsrclistset=mysrclist.FIT oldsrclistset=P0780561301OMS012SWSRLI0000.FIT
wdxset=''  -w 1 -V 4
omsource:- omsource (omsource-1.27)  [xmmsas_20180620_1732-17.0.0] started:
2019-01-31T11:55:13.000
Qt: Locales not supported on X server
Fontconfig warning: ignoring UTF-8: not a valid region tag
** omsource: error (UnableToLaunchProgram), Could not launch Ds9. It is either
not installed or inaccessible via the current PATH.
----------------
I think ds9 is accessible via the current PATH.
When I command
> ds9
in my terminal, it opens.

Would you please tell me how to fix it?

Regards,
Misaki

Dear Misaki Mizumoto,

 for the SAS to interface with ds9, the X11 versions needs to be installed. To
see whether the X11 version is installed, please type:

 which ds9

which should return the full path to the ds9 installed binary, e.g.
/usr/local/ds9/bin/ds9.

Thanks,
Jan-Uwe
