Subject: error during omichain pipeline
Full_Name: Pramod
Submission from: (NULL) (14.139.121.226)

During the omichain pipeline I encountered following error. I was using
0506200201 observation ID. I tried by downloading data set and latest
calibration files again but still getting error. Similar error occurred for few
other data sets as well.
Kindly help me in this regard. Thank you in advance.

Dear Pramod,

a similar problem has been reported in a previous help ticket
http://xmm2.esac.esa.int/xmmhelp/OM?id=73254;expression=omflatfield_mod.f90;user=guest

At that time, a patch 13.0.2. was recommended, at this time, the better solution
will be to update to the latest SAS version 13.5 (you are using 13.0).

Of course, if with SAS 13.5. the chain still fails we can have a closer look.

 Best wishes,
Jan-Uwe Ness

Thank you so much. After using latest SAS 13.5.0 version the problem had
gone.
However, I may need to reanalyze everything again!!!

Once again thanks!!!

Dear Pawar Pramod,

great it works. Yes, it is safer to reprocess.

New releases are announced via the XMM newsletter to which you can subscribe
under:
http://xmm.esac.esa.int/external/xmm_news/news_list/index.php

I then close this ticket. Let us know if you need further help. If a new problem
arises a new help ticket will receive quicker attention than a reply to this
one.

 All best,
Jan-Uwe
