We are attempting to estimate from timing data the flux from an annular region
surrounding the point source, which would obviously be affected by unequal
weighting during the collapse from 2D to 1D for timing mode. Are all pixels
weighted equally during this collapse? Is the deviation from uniform weighting
known at this time?
