Dear Miranda,

our SAS experts have been looking at your spectrum, and they say that it looks
strange: it uses PHA rather than PI channel and has 820 channels, no flag 
selection, no pattern selection etc... 

Therefore, it may be that this causing the errors afterwards. Could you please
re-check that you are sending us the proper spectrum?
