the frame times are listed in the EPIC-MOS event list files within the FITS
headers of the exposure extensions (EXPOSU0?) inside keyword FRMTIME. My guess
is that the frame time will be 2.7 seconds as this is the FF default for recent
observations due to CCD4 damages.

With a time resolution of 2.7 seconds there is no access to any pulse period or
pulse resolved analysis for a 2-3 second pulsar (Nyquist's theorem), for these
kind of science we offer faster readout modes (large/small window/timing) or
faster detectors (EPIC-pn). For EPIC-MOS and the mentioned scenario, just pulse
averaged analyses over larger times e.g. several/many pulse periods are
reasonable.
