Dear Dr. Morris,

What you encountered is a problem of unix file naming conventions.
Please, rename the directory of your data from

/home/dmorris/Fall_Proj/XMM_Arch/PG0947+396/0111290101/ODF

for example to

/home/dmorris/Fall_Proj/XMM_Arch/PG0947_396/0111290101/ODF
