Dear Helpdesk

I was trying to retrive a data set of one of the Lockman Hole
observations, which is performed on Rev 70.
However, there is no such data set found in the archival site.
What happened on the data?

Regards,
Yasushi Ikebe

Dear Dr. Ikebe,

Effectively the data you are looking for is not in the XSA.
The reason might be that not all data from the beginning of
the XMM mission could be processed with the standard
processing. I have forwarded your email to our Archive
Scientist, who will look into the problem.

With best regards,

Dear Dr. Ikebe,

According to our expert:
ODF for this observation is not available, because the instrument set-up
cannot be coped with by the ODS. Apologize, but there is nothing to be
done: "regular" ODF cannot be produced yet, and it is still under
investigation whether they can be produced ever.

With best regards,

Thanks for the reply.
Actually, I've found the data set of the Lockman Hole on the Rev70
from the NASA/GSFC archival site, which is the mirror site of the XSA.
I am about to retrive the ODF from GSFC site, hoping that the data have
properly made.
