Dear Sirs/Madams at XMM Helpdesk,

I would like to ask about status of our data observed with XMM.
Our proposal ID# is 015322, the observation ID is 0153220401,
and the target name is PG 1543+489.

This target has observed on 2003/2/8, but we have not received
the data. According to
   http://xmm.vilspa.esa.es/external/xmm_obs_info/obs_stat_log.shtml
it is still processing, though data from most of observations around
ours have already delivered.

Could you please approximately when we can receive the data?
We would like to know also, if possible, why it takes long time to
process the data. We are afraid if the observation had problems.

with best regards,

Dear Dr. Matsumoto,

indeed, your observation is still being processed at the Survey
Science Center in Leicester. A software error in the OM pipeline,
currently under investigation, is preventing the data from being
shipped to you.

Pipelines for the EPIC and RGS cameras data seem to have run
successfully, though. You may consider to retrieve the ODFs from
thebXMM-Newton Science Archive, and process them with the latest
SAS, if you would like, in the meantime, to have a look at your
data.

 Best Regards,
