Subject: Data public dates
Hi,

Can you explain why the proprietory expiry date is set to Jan 01 2999 for
these datasets:

0103260501
0103260201

as both these datasets should now be publicly available by now if the rule
is the data becomes public 1 year after the CD has been shipped.

Thanks,

Jamie

Dear Dr. Kennea,

Neither of two observations you mention of in your message has been released
yet.

1032602 was scheduled in rev 425 (April 2002), but was not performed (except for
OM) due to high radiation levels.

1032605 was scheduled in rev 253 (April 2001) but it was not successful, since
it had to be stopped also due to radiation.

Note that the "One year" datarights period only starts once the observation is
considered successful.

Should you have any further question, please do not hesitate to contact us.
