Dear XMM SOC,

This program was approved for a 80ks observation but so far I believe only
1.8ks has been taken.

Can you advise me of the current status of this program?

Thanks you very much.

Chris

Dear Dr. Mullis,

the data of 1.8ks is only a calibration observation, not useful for you,
Your real observation was performed afterwards, it has Obs ID=0311190101
and was observed with no apparent problem (see
http://xmm.esac.esa.int/external/xmm_obs_info/obs_view_frame.shtml)
The ODF was generated here with no problem, but the PDFs were not
generated at Leicester, we are now trying to investigate why.

In the meantime we advice you to process yourself the raw data (ODFs)
with SAS. You can download the ODFs from the XSA archive:
 http://xmm.esac.esa.int/xsa/
by selecting Observation status = ANY and OBSERVATION ID = 311190101
and login in with your PI username: cmullis

We are very sorry for the inconvenience, please contact us again if you
have some question.

Best regards,

Nora
