Dear Sir/Madam at XMM Helpdesk,

I would like to ask about status of my data observed with XMM.
The observation ID is 0300910101 and the target name is MKN 684.

This target has been observed on 2006/1/24, but I have not received
the data.
In your previous email you said that the processing of EPIC-pn failed
because SAS is not able to recognize the filter used during the exposure.

Could you kindly give me further information of this issue?
Do you know approximately when I'll be able to analyze such data?

Thank you very much in advance,

Cheers
Enrico Piconcelli

Dear Enrico,

How are you? How is life back in Italy?

Concerning the processing status of your observation
0300910101 MKN 684 there is nothing new, but I have
forwarded your request again to the appropriate
people.

Best regards,
Michel

Hi! :)
what a surprise!!

I'm fine! Roma is a very good place to stay.
And what's best, I can take it easy...
Last year was very "complex" for me!
