Dear Dr Santos--Lleo,

thank you very much for changing the password. I was able to retrieve
the data, however the dataset (0300430201) seems to be void. E.g.,
the observation length is 4602 s (it should be ~ 130000 s). Also, the
PPS seem to contain no data, and the ODF seem to contain only the MOS
exposures, for ~ 4600 s.

What's happening?

best regards, and happy new year

Piero Ranalli

Dear Dr. Ranalli,

There is no problem with observation 0300430201, this
is only a calibration observation scheduled at the very end
of the revolution, with only the MOS cameras with calibration
filters.

The approx 130 ks observation of your target is 0300430101.

You can see the details of the observation using the
.Observation Log Browser., from the XMM-Newton main page,
under .Observers Info., or the direct link as follows:

http://xmm.vilspa.esa.es/obs-public/obs_view.tcl?search_rev=1098&search_ra=&search_target=&search_obs_start=&search_obs_id=&search_dec=&search_pi=&search_obs_end=&search_prop=&search_radius=&search_category=0&search_order_by=3&search_instrument=0&action=Get+Selection

The ODF files of your observation are already available to
you in XSA, via your proprietary account.

With best regards

Maria
