Dear XMMhelp,

I received notification that data is now available for OBSID 0304220201,
however, logging into XSA I find only OM data. Was there a problem with
this observation?

Thanks,
Eric

Dear Eric,

Indeed, the X-rays instruments could not operated due to high radiation
environment. You may check our Observation Log Browser at

http://xmm.vilspa.esa.es/external/xmm_obs_info/obs_view_frame.shtml

(or directly, http://xmm.vilspa.esa.es/obs-public/obs_view.tcl?search_rev=&search_ra=&search_target=&search_obs_start=&search_obs_id=03042202&search_dec=&search_pi=&search_obs_end=&search_prop=&search_radius=&search_category=0&search_order_by=3&search_instrument=0&action=Get+Selection)

Sincerely,

Pedro

Dear Pedro,

Thank you. What is the nominal procedure in these cases. Will this
observation be rescheduled?

Cheers,
Eric
