Subject: Cannot submit RPS coverpage
Full_Name: Carl Melis
Submission from: (NULL) (193.147.152.102)

Dear XMM-Newton Helpdesk,

When submitting my XMM cover page through RPS I get the following:

RPS Error:
Could not latex PSonSubmit /home/rpsadmin/tmp/XMM-Newton_temp25967.mod!

I have tried two web browsers. I can't tell if there is something wrong with my
entries or if this is a server-side problem. The coverpage verifies
successfully.

Thanks
-Carl Melis

Dear Dr. Melis

We have indeed received several versions of your proposal. The confirmation
e-mail has not reached you due to an interruption in the submission process
caused by the
error you have reported, that we are investigating.

You should have received (or will receive shortly) a confirmation e-mail with
the PDF version of the proposal attached. We would be grateful if you could
confirm that it is correct.

Also, please try to upload the scientific justification and let us know if you
find any problem.

Sorry for the inconveniences

Dear Rosario,

I indeed have now received a series of proposal coverpage submission
emails. The information contained in the most recent one is correct.

I will try to submit the justification my time tonight, so in about 12
hours.

Thanks
-Carl
